An eating disorder doesn't mean you never eat and exercise all day. It means you are consumed and being destroyed by a little voice that constantly says "you're fat".
EXACTLY!!!! i hate how people don’t take you seriously if you’re not extremely underweight or stuff like that. some people, including me, have minds of anorexics but their bodies don’t reflect it. doesn’t mean it’s any less serious than someone with actual anorexia.
